From a small home kitchen in Bangalore to your breakfast table.
It started with a craving.
In 2018, when our founder moved to the city for work, he missed one thing above all else: his grandmother's crispy, golden dosas. The store-bought batters were too sour, too preservative-heavy, or just lacked that distinct fermentation aroma.
He called his grandmother, noted down the exact ratio of rice to urad dal, the soaking times, and most importantly—the stone grinding technique.
What started as a weekend experiment for friends quickly turned into a passion project. SachDeep Foods was born out of a desire to make authentic, healthy, and preservative-free batter accessible to everyone.

The Malligai Process
Sourcing
Premium sona masoori rice and farm-fresh urad dal.
Soaking
Soaked for 6 hours in filtered water to soften perfectly.
Grinding
Wet ground on traditional granite stones to keep cool.
Fermenting
Natural 8-hour fermentation. No soda added.
